Q: What company do you ship with and how long does shipping take?

We typically ship with USPS and most orders are shipped within 5 business days, meaning most orders are delivered within 7-10 business days.

Q: What is the difference between the signature collection and limited edition?

The signature collection is all of our year round scents, while our limited edition scents are usually seasonal! Sometimes, best sellers will be upgraded to the signature collection!

Q: What if i have a problem with my order or receive broken products?

Q: What ingredients are in your candles? Where are they made?

All of our products are made in the USA with materials sourced from the USA. We do NOT outsource our products or manufacturing. All of our products are made of 100% natural soy wax, pure cotton wicks, phthalate-free fragrances, all with no fillers, dyes or toxins.

Q: Do your candles produce soot or smoke?

If you trim the wick to approximately 1/4" prior to lighting, burn for a few hours at a time, and dip your wick when extinguishing it, soot and smoke will be very minimal.

Q: Do your candle wicks have lead, zinc, or heavy metals in them?

Absolutely not.

Q: How strong are your candles?

A lot of our candles take over the room!

We aim for our candles to be a perfect touch to any space!

Q: Why does my candle look dried out or have white marks on it (Frosting)?

Sometimes, due to the nature of soy wax, your candle may appear dried out, referred to as Frosting, and this is completely natural! It will not affect the life or quality of your candle!

Q: Why is there oil on top of my candle?

Again, due to the nature of soy wax, sometimes the scent oils will naturally separate from the soy wax and sit on top of the candle. They will combine again after you burn your candle!

Q: What Payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover as well as Square reader and Venmo (@WalburyCAndles) for local transactions.

Q: Do you sell gift cards?

Sorry - at this time we do not sell gift cards!

Q: What is your return policy?

If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your products, please reach out to customer service on the "Contact Us" page or at Contact@WalburyCandles.com. We strive to make it right, and we will either refund or replace your unused item within 14 days of purchase.
